His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, in a titah emphasised the importance of continued collaboration between the Board, Management and Shareholders to ensure agility, and resilience in positioning the Companies for sustained success. His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam also reiterated the critical role of the Companies in underpinning Brunei's energy resilience, economic strength and long-term development. His Majesty delivered the titah while chairing the 416th Board of Directors Meeting of Brunei Shell Petroleum Sendirian Berhad (BSP) and the 194th Board of Directors Meeting of Brunei Shell Marketing Sendirian Berhad (BSM) for the Third Quarter of 2025. The meeting took place at the Prime Minister's Office.

Upon arrival, His Majesty was greeted by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Dr. Awang Haji Mohd. Amin Liew bin Abdullah, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy, and Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Mohamad Azmi bin Haji Mohd. Hanifah, Deputy Minister for Energy at the Prime Minister's Office, in their capacity as members of the BSP and BSM Board of Directors. The meeting commenced with a recitation of Doa.

The meeting addressed key topics such as safety, operational performance, financials, and manpower development for both BSP and BSM. Also present were key stakeholders including Shareholder Directors representing the Government of His Majesty and Shell PLC, as well as members of the respective Management from BSP and BSM. This marks the end of the Brunei Shell Joint Venture Companies Board Meetings for the Third Quarter of 2025.
